§ 74-4. Issuance of permit.

After the owner has received his auto wrecker permit, has provided evidence that the possesses the "RED" towing and recovery license plates required by state law, has provided proof of insurance and signed the indemnification certificate, then the clerk for the city shall be authorized to issue to the owner a permit to operate an auto wrecker in the city upon payment of the permit fee.
