§ 6-4. License fee.

(a)

Any person, firm or corporation applying for a license under the terms of this chapter and in accordance with its terms shall before receiving such license pay to the mayor or designee a fee in an amount as established by the mayor and city council from time to time.

(b)

Provided, however, that any person applying for a license before the end of the year and who shall be qualified as hereinafter provided may be granted a license expiring December 31, upon payment to the mayor or designee.
