§ 58-111. Permit fee.

(a)

A person desiring the permit required by the provisions of this article shall pay to the city a permit fee in an amount as established by the mayor and city council from time to time.

(b)

The fee for drainage culvert and the provisions of sections 58-112 and 58-113 shall be waived if said permit is obtained in conjunction with a building permit.
