§ 46-18. Status of existing platting statutes.

Upon adoption of the ordinance from which this chapter is derived, the jurisdiction of the planning commission over plats shall be exclusive within the corporate limits of the city, and all statutory control over plats or subdivisions of granted by other laws shall, insofar as in harmony with the provisions of this chapter, be deemed transferred to the planning commission of the city in compliance with R.S. 33:111 and 33:117.
