§ 18-87. Application review fees.

(a)

The fee for review of any land development application shall be based on the amount of land to be disturbed at the site, and the fee structure shall be $25.00 per square foot of disturbed land.

(b)

The fee for site development shall be $2.50 per $1,000.00 of construction costs.
